West Ham star Vladimir Coufal was sent home from the Czech Republic team for violating team rules.
A statement was released by the Czech camp on Sunday morning saying three players had been sent away.
Coufal was one alongside Jakub Brabec and Jan Kuchta.
The statement read: “Three players of the national team fundamentally violated the internal rules of the national team on Saturday night.
“Jakub Brabec, Vladimír Coufal and Jan Kuchta left the national team meeting with immediate effect by decision of the national team management.”
The Czech Republic have not yet qualified for Euro 2024 and have a crucial final group stage game against Moldova on Monday night.
They need to avoid defeat in order to secure a place for the tournament in Germany next summer.
The Czechs are second in the group behind Albania, with Moldova two points behind them and could leapfrog Jaroslav Silhavy’s side with a win.
Coufal played the full 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw with Poland on Friday.
The 31-year-old is in his fourth season at West Ham after joining the club from Slavia Prague.
